This policy applies exclusively to the Android version of Degree Dash distributed through the Google Play Store.

Note: Degree Dash is also available as a TikTok Mini Game, which features TikTok sign-in, shared leaderboards, and rewarded video advertisements. That version is governed by a separate privacy policy available on our main website.

The Google Play Store edition of Degree Dash operates entirely offline, featuring no sign-in requirements, no connection to leaderboard servers, and no third-party advertising.

None. Degree Dash does not collect, transmit, store on external servers, sell, or share any personal information. We do not request your name, email address, phone number, or location, as the application does not include an account or sign-in system.

To ensure seamless gameplay, the app saves your progress directly on your device. This data never leaves your device, is inaccessible to Lucky Step LLC, and consists solely of:

Your best distance records and top five runs

Total distance traveled, total runs completed, and best combo achieved

Your currency balance (notes) and acquired Campus Store upgrades

Current assignments and daily attendance streak

Audio preferences (music and sound effect settings)

Data Removal: Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage via your Android system settings permanently deletes all local data. Because no backup copy exists externally, deleted data cannot be restored.

The Android version of Degree Dash operates completely offline and does not connect to the internet. It contains:

No analytics or telemetry software

No crash reporting tools

No advertisements

No third-party tracking software or SDKs

Advertising: There are no advertisements of any kind within the app.

Purchases: There are no in-app purchases. All items in the Campus Store are acquired strictly using virtual currency earned through gameplay.

Degree Dash is suitable for players of all ages. Because the app does not collect any data, it inherently complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and comparable international child privacy standards by gathering no personal information whatsoever.

Global privacy regulations—such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)—provide users with rights to access, correct, and delete personal data. Because Lucky Step LLC does not collect or retain any personal data, we hold no information to disclose or erase. Local game progress can be managed directly by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Should a future update introduce features that involve data processing (such as an online leaderboard), this privacy policy will be updated and republished prior to the release of that version, accompanied by a revised "Last updated" date.
